Our Story

Kelli and Dave have been friends for many years, both successfully following very different career paths. Kelli, as she says, "has worked for the man like a dog for decades" working for others and managing departments as she raised her family. Kelli knows what it's like to be the employee and how executive decisions that are made - good and bad - can affect the efficiency and moral of the workforce. She brings that perspective, unique ideas and street-smarts experience to the conversation. Kelli achieved her MBA after the kids left the nest and then started her own company to help businesses tell their story in a more compelling and profitable way. Kelli excels in employee relations, integration and process improvement, and culture.

Dave, a serial entrepreneur, took a different career path and has been starting or running businesses for decades. From multiple start-ups to public company CEO, Dave has a lot of experiences and life-lessons to share. Today, he is a consultant to leadership in growing companies, and prefers working with "those that are unafraid to declare themselves the winner." He thrives on leadership coordination, marketing, revenue generation, and Zero-Churn customer service, often designing new foundations for success in those areas. Dave also works with investors and PE firms who need due diligence expertise for M&A activity, or interim leadership to help right a listing ship or effect rapid change in high growth situations.

So What?

Right! - we'd both say - good question. Lots of people have great talents, a good story and some experience. What makes working with us different?

The answer starts with the podcast My Job Here Is Done and why we're doing it.

We do the podcast to give back - we've both been very fortunate and have to credit a lot of people for helping us achieve a long history of success. My Job Here Is Done is our way of saying thanks, with the hope that others will pick up a clue or two from our stories that will help them better themselves, maybe avoid a costly business mistake, and to help propel career success or their own business forward.

When you listen, you should hear some core themes like having balance in the business, being process driven and measurable. You should pick up on two people who are not afraid to think, act, and create new programs that are 'outside the box'. Okay, that's a buzzword and you also know, if you listen, we often make fun of those things.

When we work with you, we bring those core themes with us. We know that acting unique and promoting that uniqueness while staying laser-focused on what you do best can make you or your business stand out in so many profitable ways.
